UHW members rally for democracy

Hundreds of workers joined twin rallies recently at UHW's Oakland and Los Angeles headquarters, where they demanded an end to escalating attempts by SEIU's officials in Washington, D.C. to centralize power, subvert union democracy, and silence the voices of rank-and-file union members. The rallies sent a clear and strong message: UHW is united, and will fight to protect its member-driven democracy.
